Time for spring cleaning?

Hello and Welcome!
I usually don’t just promote products here on my blog, but actually prefer to write about health improvement and healthy lifestyle topics. But with the 7-day body cleanse, I have to make an exception. Why? Because it is such an important part of the Healthy Living Plan and detoxification that I want to explain it a bit more detailed.

(If you prefer listening instead of reading, dial into this recorded version of the Healthy Living Plan “week 2″ and listen to this topic on the 7 day cleanse and healthy oils under this number: 605-475-4099 access code: 140217# reference number 3#)

The 7-day body-cleanse is a set of 7 – 1 oz packets of “green food” that you mix into 32 oz of water and drink throughout the day. This ‘green’ drink helps cleanse and detoxify your system and it supports your gastrointestinal (GI) tract. It is a gentle supplement that aids in so many ways to get your system running smoothly again. Continue reading

Almonnaise – the healthy whip, dip, sauce, allrounder

Hello and Welcome. What I would like to share with you is one of my most liked most versatile recipes ever! I have been making Almonnaise for almost 20 years and it is truly the vegetarian alternative to many things. I often replace mayo (like in salad sauce), or sour cream or even heavy cream with Almonnaise instead.
If you are ready for the 30 day nutritional balancing (Arbonne’s 30 day detox plan), this ingredient cannot be absent from your food list. Continue reading

Class Five

Hello and Welcome to our final class!

I am almost a little sad to see this cleanse end. we’ve passed our 30 days and some of you might be thinking “now what”??
So today’s focus will be on exactly that. How do we reintegrate into our “normal” life after having rebalanced our nutrition?
Some of you might feel like you haven’t quite reached your goals? Some might have much more energy and feel so much better you don’t just want to go back to “old habits?”
It’s all good – let’s take it slow! Stay on the cleanse a few weeks longer if you wish, or slowly start reintegrating some of the foods we’ve left out, one by one, to see what works, and what impacts your wonderful feeling of new health!
If you want to check on how good you are doing then retake the Detox quiz and compare your results to the results you had when you started. This will tell you more than lost pounds on the scale, or inches around your waist. Continue reading

Class Four

Hello and Welcome to cleanse class four!

We are entering the fourth and last week of our cleanse and you should all be feeling pretty awesome by now. If there is still a part of the 5 key areas you have trouble with this is a great time to focus on that point.

The five key areas are: Eat clean, increase nutrient intake, eliminate allergenic and addictive foods, balance blood sugar and support our eliminating organs. For a refresher, please read page 8-12 in the Healthy Living Guide.

Today we want to focus on hormones:  Continue reading
