I am almost a little sad to see this cleanse end. we’ve passed our 30 days and some of you might be thinking “now what”??
So today’s focus will be on exactly that. How do we reintegrate into our “normal” life after having rebalanced our nutrition?
Some of you might feel like you haven’t quite reached your goals? Some might have much more energy and feel so much better you don’t just want to go back to “old habits?”
It’s all good – let’s take it slow! Stay on the cleanse a few weeks longer if you wish, or slowly start reintegrating some of the foods we’ve left out, one by one, to see what works, and what impacts your wonderful feeling of new health!

We are entering the fourth and last week of our cleanse and you should all be feeling pretty awesome by now. If there is still a part of the 5 key areas you have trouble with this is a great time to focus on that point.
